Three parallel stories revolving around Mexico City's Christmas celebrations intertwine in the film's finale. In the first story, an estranged daughter seeks reconciliation with her family. In the second, two friends put their friendship to the test when they start working as competing Santa Clauses in Alameda Central Park. In the third, a lonely chef that cooks Christmas dinners for other families confronts her feelings for her kitchen assistant.

Born in Mexico City in 1975, Alejandro Lozano graduated with a degree in Communication Sciences from Universidad Iberoamericana. His directing career kicked off in the music video industry, collaborating with renowned artists like Aleks Syntek, Fobia, Moenia, Morbo, La 5a Estación, Belinda, and Los Amigos Invisibles, among others. His videos for Belinda and La 5a Estación garnered him the "Best Video of the Year" and "2nd Best Video of the Year" in 2005.

Alejandro's cinematic journey includes directing and co-writing “Matando Cabos,” the most successful film of 2004. It bagged the Audience Award at the 2004 MTV Movie Awards, and CANACINE recognized him as the "Best Director of 2005." His second film, “Sultanes del Sur,” further solidified his reputation as one of the best action directors in the Mexican film industry. In 2012, he directed the animated film "EL Santos Vs La Tetona Mendoza," which was the first Mexican animated film invited to the Annecy Festival and won the Best Animated Film award at CANACINE the same year. His fourth feature film "Matando Cabos 2: La Máscara del Máscara" premiered in 2022. Currently, Alejandro is in post-production of his fifth feature film and developing various television series.
