A mystical sci-fi based on Saint Teresa de Avila's writings. Inside a ghostly mausoleum that is an artifact of both the past, and future, these nuns are being affected by a black hole. Ecstasy is an eerie exploration of pleasure.
Una historia de ciencia ficción mística basada en los escritos de Santa Teresa de Ávila. Dentro de un mausoleo fantasmal, que es un artefacto tanto del pasado como del futuro, unas monjas están siendo afectadas por un agujero negro. El éxtasis es una misteriosa exploración del placer.

Renowned cinematographer originally from Brazil but with a home base for almost 10 years in Mexico. She has photographed 13 features that have premiered at festivals such Cannes, Venice, Tribeca, Sundance and others. Carolina is developing her directorial debut, The Massiveness, and meanwhile has directed a trilogy of shorts. Ecstasy had its premiere last year at Tribeca followed by a screening at MoMa. A Violent Insurrection of Feelings has just wrapped post production, and The Feels is gearing up for production at the end of this year.
Reputada directora de fotografía originaria de Brasil, pero afincada desde hace casi 10 años en México. Ha fotografiado 13 largometrajes que se han estrenado en festivales como Cannes, Venecia, Tribeca, Sundance y otros. Actualmente está desarrollando su debut como directora, The Massiveness, y mientras tanto ha creado una trilogía de cortometrajes. Ecstasy se estrenó el año pasado en Tribeca y posteriormente se proyectó en el MoMa. A violent insurrection of feelings acaba de concluir su postproducción y The Feels se prepara para su producción a finales de este año.
